Customers
The Customers section is a comprehensive directory of every individual who has connected to your WiFi network through a published captive portal. Each record includes contact information, marketing preferences, visit history, and behavioral metrics — providing a unified view of your guest base across all locations.
Directory Overview & Filtering
At the top of the Customers page, summary cards display key performance indicators for your customer base:
- Total Customers — The total number of unique guests in your directory
- New This Month — Guests who connected for the first time during the current calendar month
- Active Last 30 Days — Guests who have connected at least once in the past 30 days
- Opt-in Rate — The percentage of guests who have consented to marketing communications
The directory supports the following search and filtering capabilities:
- Search — Locate specific guests by name, email address, or phone number.
- Location Filter — Restrict the directory to guests who have connected at one or more specific venues.
- Column Customization — Show or hide fields in the directory table, including any custom fields collected during guest sign-in via your captive portal.
- Export — Download the current filtered view, or only the selected rows, as a CSV file for use in external systems.
- Bulk Tagging — Select multiple customer records simultaneously and apply a tag to all of them at once.
