Dashboard Home

Dashboard Home is the primary landing screen displayed immediately after login. It provides an at-a-glance performance summary across all active locations, surfacing key metrics and trends to support daily operational decision-making.

Contextual Greeting​

A time-sensitive greeting is displayed at the top of the page, adapting dynamically to the time of day (morning, afternoon, or evening) to personalize the experience for each user.

Performance Insight Banner​

Once sufficient historical data has been accumulated for comparative analysis, a highlighted banner is shown summarizing key performance shifts versus the previous period. This includes changes in total visitor volume, returning visitor rates, and your identified peak day and time of day.

Connections Overview​

A horizontally scrollable carousel of headline metrics provides an immediate snapshot of network activity:

  • Total Connections — Total WiFi sessions recorded, with period-over-period trend and peak connection time
  • Returning Visitors — Number of guests who have connected on a prior occasion
  • Active Routers — Count of routers currently in Active status across all locations
  • Total Locations — Total number of registered venues in your account

An interactive chart visualizes visitor and connection activity over time. The chart supports the following configuration options:

  • Timeframe — Switch between Daily, Weekly, and Monthly aggregation levels.
  • Data Type — Toggle between the Visitors tab (unique individuals) and the Connections tab (total sessions). A Sales tab is planned for a future release.

Key Highlights​

Four summary cards draw attention to the most operationally significant data points for the current period:

  • Peak Hours — Your busiest hour of the day and how it compares to the equivalent period previously
  • Customer Insight — Your returning-visitor rate as a percentage of total connections
  • Top Location — The venue with the highest traffic volume and its proportional share of total visits
  • Segmentation — The percentage of connections attributable to first-time visitors

Quick Actions​

A set of shortcut buttons at the bottom of the page provides one-click access to the most frequently used tasks:

  • Captive Portal — Navigate directly to the portal editor for your locations
  • Analytics — Open the full Analytics reporting interface
  • Billing — Access your subscription and billing management
  • Integrations — Manage third-party platform connections
