Landing Page Builder

The Landing Page Builder is accessible by clicking into any location from the Location Directory. It provides a visual editor for designing the WiFi microsite that guests are presented with upon successfully connecting to a venue's network — after completing the captive portal flow and being granted internet access.

Configurable Page Elements

The Landing Page Builder exposes the following configuration options for each location's WiFi microsite:

  • Headline & Greeting — The primary welcome message displayed to guests on the landing page
  • Address — The venue address text shown on the page
  • Redirect URL — The destination URL to which guests are forwarded after connecting (social media profile URLs are not permitted)
  • Theme — The overall visual mode of the page: light or dark
  • Background — An uploaded image or a solid color used as the page background
  • Slider Mode — Configures the media area to display either a rotating image carousel or an embedded video
  • Media — Upload assets including a venue logo, banner images, or a promotional video
  • Supported Languages — The languages in which the landing page will be offered to guests
  • Custom Fields — Additional data fields presented to guests on the landing page (supported types: text input, dropdown, checkboxes, date picker, and others)
  • Status — Set the page to Published to make it live, or retain it as a Draft for further editing
  • Returning Visitor Form — Controls whether guests who have previously connected at this venue are shown an abbreviated form

Scheduled Banners

The Landing Page Builder supports time-based promotional banners that can be layered over the landing page without altering the core page configuration:

  • Create banners that display during a specific date range, on selected days of the week, or within a defined time window.
  • Each banner is managed independently and can be edited or deleted without affecting the landing page settings.
  • Banners are well-suited for communicating promotions, event announcements, or seasonal messaging on a temporary basis.

For more detail on banner configuration, refer to the Banners documentation.

Preview and Publishing

  • A live preview is rendered in the editor and updates in real time as changes are applied, allowing you to evaluate the guest experience before publishing.
  • All modifications are staged locally within the editor and are not visible to guests until you explicitly click Save & Publish.
  • Upon publishing, the updated landing page immediately becomes the active version served to guests connecting at that location.
